Nadja Kahn’s journey into the world of events began during her business studies with a focus on tourism in Munich in 1995 – and quickly turned into a deep and unwavering passion for the profession.
But for her, it’s more than just a profession – it’s a true calling.

Over the years, she has moved confidently across countless stages of the event world, slipping into just about every „event shoe“ with ease and enthusiasm. Whether a jewelry show with Heidi Klum or a midnight sun golf tournament, a driving event in Germany or abroad, an incentive trip or convention, big or small in terms of budget or guest list – with over 1,000 events personally executed, Nadja Kahn brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Before founding her own agency in 2003, the Hamburg native worked with several event agencies, gaining extensive insight into the industry.

Nadja truly lives her life motto and leaves the safe harbor time and again, setting sail with fresh, creative ideas. She knows full well that navigating new waters takes a strong crew pulling together in the same direction – and that’s exactly what the KahnEvents team has been doing for many years. To her, her team is the hull, mast, and sail – the solid foundation of everything they do.

Unexpected situations don’t shake Nadja – on the contrary, she thrives when Plan A suddenly needs a Plan B.
It doesn’t always have to be something as dramatic as an unexpected bomb disposal that required evacuating an entire venue, finding a new one within an hour, and transferring all guests – yes, that actually happened not too long ago. And still, Nadja kept her cool. To this day, guests fondly remember the event for its „explosive atmosphere“ – in the best possible sense.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, Nadja launched www.OnlinePartyBox.de. Knowing that people wouldn’t be able to attend events for quite some time, she created a solution that brought the party to their homes – and delivered the matching virtual event space along with it.
Between 2020 and 2022, more than 30,000 boxes were shipped, and over 200 online and hybrid events were organized by Nadja and her powerhouse team.

During that time, she also released her first book, „Von der Krise zum Kracher“, published by Bourdon Verlag.

When asked about her job, Nadja often smiles and repeats the words of her then six-year-old niece, who once described what she does: „She makes people happy.“
And that’s truly what drives her – day after day. To inspire people. To bring them joy. That’s why she gets up every morning with a smile.

Nadja also brought her passion to life through a second book project, created together with her husband Christoph Theile:
„Denken wir noch oder fühlen wir schon?“ (translated: „Are we still thinking – or already feeling?“) is part business novel, part non-fiction guide, published by Wiley Verlag. The book offers deep insight into the role of emotion in business and life. Nadja now also gives emotional and entertaining keynotes on this topic – spreading joy once again.

And when she’s not busy „bringing joy,“ Nadja loves to explore exotic destinations – near and far.
She’s passionate about tango dancing, golf, and philosophical conversation (reading „Hohe Luft“ each month is a must). And sometimes, she lets loose at the piano, playing film scores or whatever else comes to her fingertips.
