I’m happy when others are happy. Events are perfect for that – diverse, dynamic and never the same twice. I love the magic of build-up days, when an empty hall suddenly transforms into a completely new world. And when the 20-hour days start stacking up? That’s when super focus kicks in – as if someone secretly installed a second generator.

My event shoe is probably a barefoot shoe: light, uncomplicated and fits like a glove. Because just like a good shoe, a good event needs a custom fit – and a whole lot of meticulous planning.

I’m at my best when everything is perfectly prepared yet there’s still room for spontaneous solutions. That’s when I can work my magic and make sure the guests simply have an amazing time.

My unforgettable event moment: a 16-metre curved screen at the German Innovation Award 2017. My dream? Tour management for a seriously awesome metal band.

And apart from that? Honesty, nature, rest, favourite people and family.
